How to Order
The easiest and most secure way to order is directly from our online store. However, orders can also be placed over our toll free line (800) 286-0898.
Methods of Payment
Online & phone orders can be paid by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa. We also accept Money Orders and PayPal for phone orders only. Personal checks are not accepted.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to any Colorado address will be charged sales tax.
Back Orders
In the event that one of your item(s) is "out of stock", an order ship date will be e-mailed to you within 1 business day. If your order contains both "in stock" and "out of stock" item(s), Spidertrax will hold the order until it can ship in its entirety.
Damaged Shipments
Be sure to inspect your shipments carefully at time of delivery. If your shipment is obviously damaged, Spidertrax recommends refusing the package. If your package has already been signed for but seems damaged or tampered with in any way, contact Spidertrax immediately for assistance with your damaged shipment and for replacement arrangements. Please do not discard any original packaging materials until Spidertrax is contacted. The foregoing warranty is not transferable to another party.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it at any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product, less original shipping costs. Spidertrax will cover all return shipping costs. Return Authorizations, or RMAs, are required for all returns. Do not ship your product back prior to receiving an RMA number from Spidertrax. An RMA number will ensure your refund is processed correctly and that all return shipping charges are covered by Spidertrax. RMAs can be requested online under the My Account tab or by any method on the Contact Us page. Be sure to have your order number (confirmation number) ready when calling.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Spidertrax warrants only to the original purchaser that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The foregoing warranty is subject to the proper installation, operation and maintenance of the product in accordance with the installation instructions supplied. Warranty claims must be made by the purchaser in writing within 30 days of the manifestation of a problem and purchaser must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as copy of original receipt). Spidertrax reserves the right, before having any obligation under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, to inspect the damaged product and all costs of shipping the product to Spidertrax for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. Spidertrax’s sole obligation under the foregoing warranty is, at Spidertrax’s option, to repair, replace or correct any such defect that was present at the time of delivery. The foregoing warranty is not transferable to another party and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Spidertrax. All Spidertrax products sold after December 31, 2010 come standard with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
