Business Hours
We are open M-Thr, 8am-4pm and Fri 8am-2pm MST and are closed for New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and day after), and Christmas. We may be reached by any of the methods on our Contact Us page.

Methods of Payment
Online & phone orders can be paid by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa. We also accept Money Orders and PayPal for phone orders only. Personal checks are not accepted.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to any Colorado address will be charged sales tax.

Back Orders
In the event that one of your item(s) is "out of stock", an order ship date will be e-mailed to you within 1 business day. If your order contains both "in stock" and "out of stock" item(s), Spidertrax will hold the order until it can ship in its entirety.

Damaged Shipments
Be sure to inspect your shipments carefully at time of delivery. If your shipment is obviously damaged, Spidertrax recommends refusing the package. If your package has already been signed for but seems damaged or tampered with in any way, contact Spidertrax immediately for assistance with your damaged shipment and for replacement arrangements. Please do not discard any original packaging materials until Spidertrax is contacted. The foregoing warranty is not transferable to another party.

Price Protection
If Spidertrax reduces the price on any Spidertrax Store product (spidertrax.com) within 14 days from the original Spidertrax purchase, feel free to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Spidertrax within 14 days of the price change, using the My Account tab or by any method on the Contact Us page. When submitting your request, be sure to have your Spidertrax order number (confirmation number) ready, as well as the difference in price.

Return Policy
Spidertrax offers a 45-day return window from the date of your invoice for products. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition and in their original packaging. Refunds cover the product cost only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please ensure proper packaging when shipping items back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for damage due to inadequate packaging. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Do not ship your product back prior to receiving an RA number from Spidertrax as this ensures accurate processing of your refund. You can request an RA online via the My Account tab or through our Contact Us page.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Spidertrax warrants only to the original purchaser that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The foregoing warranty is subject to the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the product in accordance with the installation instructions supplied. Return Authorizations, or RAs, are required for all Limited Lifetime Warranty claims. Do not ship your product back prior to receiving an RA number from Spidertrax. RAs can be requested online under the My Account tab or by any method on the Contact Us page. Be sure to have your order number (confirmation number) ready when calling. Spidertrax reserves the right, before having any obligation under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, to inspect the damaged product and all costs of shipping the product to Spidertrax for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. Spidertrax's sole obligation under the foregoing warranty is, at Spidertrax's option, to repair, replace or correct any such defect that was present at the time of delivery. The foregoing warranty is not transferable to another party and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Spidertrax.

Risk of Loss
Spidertrax will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the purchaser, Freight On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Spidertrax will advise purchaser of estimated shipping dates, but Spidertrax will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Currently, Spidertrax offers sponsorship opportunities exclusively for Spidertrax manufactured products and does not provide monetary compensation. When submitting a sponsorship proposal, please include your event schedule, attendee information, and specify the product(s) you are requesting for sponsorship.

Sponsorship serves as an advertising avenue for us, aiming to enhance brand exposure and drive product sales. The value of the sponsorship products you request should align with the quantity and quality of the exposure you offer. Our marketing objectives may vary based on the current market climate and can be influenced by unique or innovative builds that align with our brand direction.
