Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise noted on product pages, all in-stock orders will ship within one business day for parcel & two business days for freight (excludes Holidays, Saturdays & Sundays). Please note we are unable to ship to PO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Back Orders
If one of your item(s) is "out of stock," an order ship date will be emailed to you within 1 business day. If your order contains both "in stock" and "out of stock" item(s), Spidertrax will hold the order until it can ship in its entirety unless otherwise specified during Checkout in the Feedback/Instructions window.
Damaged Shipments
Be sure to inspect your shipments carefully at the time of delivery. If your shipment is damaged, Spidertrax recommends refusing the package. If your package has already been signed for but seems damaged or tampered with in any way, contact Spidertrax immediately for assistance with your damaged shipment and for replacement arrangements. Please do not discard any original packaging materials until Spidertrax is contacted. The foregoing warranty is not transferable to another party.
Address Change
If you need to change the shipping address after processing your order, a fee will be applied to cover any additional shipping charges.
How to Request an Address Change
• Contact Spidertrax Support Team: Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request an address change. You can reach us by phone or email.
• Provide Order Details: Include the order number and the correct shipping address in your request.
• Confirmation and Payment: Once we receive your request, we will confirm the change and notify you of any applicable fees.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped. Any additional delivery delays resulting from an address change are the responsibility of the purchaser. This is to ensure you are fully informed about the process.
Delivery Refusal or Unable to Deliver
If the shipped delivery is refused or unable to be delivered, you will be responsible for any fees levied by the shipping company. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will notify you of the delivery failure and wait for instructions on how to proceed.
Risk of Loss
Spidertrax will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the purchaser, Freight On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Spidertrax will advise purchaser of estimated shipping dates, but Spidertrax will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
