Since 2007, our fabricated knuckles have set the standard for rock crawling and rock racing performance. Our latest generation Ultimate Knuckle takes this standard to an all new level. Ultimate Knuckles now include 7/8" spherical bearings & 4340 Spider Shoulder Bolts, exactly like our previous generation Pro Series Knuckle. We didn't stop there though.

Our Ultimate Knuckles now include internal gussets on both upper outer knuckle & lower inner knuckle. These gussets add crucial strength from extreme steering forces and those high impacts from jumps we all love to do. Designed to surpass the performance of our previous generation Pro Series Knuckle, there is no rock crawl or rock race these knuckles can't handle.

This Ultimate Knuckle works with Ultimate Unit Bearings and is designed to install on a Spider 9 Housing with 3-1/2" OD tubes.

CNC machined.

Tight tolerances are necessary for proper fitment. Post welding, all inner knuckles are CNC machined. This provides not only a perfect 7/8" spherical bearing fit but a precise tolerance between upper and lower spherical bearings. No guesswork, no compromise.

7/8" bolts & bearings.

The spherical bearing assembly consists of a 4340 Spider Shoulder Bolt, shim washer, spherical bearing, shoulder washer, & type C nut. Combined, each knuckle can withstand over 21,500 lbs of axial loading & over 130,000 lbs of radial loading. No grease, no weak links, no hassle.

50° of steering.

An OEM style 60 knuckle can turn only 38°. Our Ultimate Knuckle can turn all the way to 50°, tighter than any steering knuckle on the market. Plus, the use of a 6 bolt interlocking chromoly steering arm makes it one of the strongest as well (steering arms sold separately).

The Ultimate Knuckle takes performance to an all new level with the addition of internal gussets. Upper outer knuckle gussets adds critical strength for steering while lower inner knuckle gussets adds extra strength for those high sailing jumps. Simply our strongest Ultimate Knuckle yet.
