6.5:1 Gearset

With competition testing to back up its claim, Calmini has developed one of the strongest ultra low gearsets available for the Samurai to date, the ALL NEW made in the U.S.A. - ULTRA LOW RANGE - ROCKCRAWLER DL™ Transfer Case Gear set. This kit contains 4 completely new gears machined from billet material! Manufactured to exceed factory tolerances from high quality SAE 8620 alloy. A TRUE 20% Hi-Range reduction will correct highway gearing for up to 32” tires. A whopping 187% reduction in low range offers a range that is almost twice as low as the current 4.16:1 kit.

Each kit comes complete with Input Shaft, High Output Gear, Low Output Gear, Counter Gear, Counter Shaft & bearings, thrust washers, gaskets, gear oil [not shown in picture], and a detailed instruction booklet. Installs like factory parts - NO GRINDING or CUTTING is required to install! Spidertrax is currently running these manufactured gears in both of their RCAA Goodyear Skyjacker Extreme competition rigs turning 37" tall BFG Krawlers.
