To apply for the Authorized Reseller Program the following information will need to be submitted either online or by fax @ (720) 294-9950: - Valid business license with the name of the business that is applying for Reseller status.
- Full contact info including ship to/bill to information.
- Website address.
- Pictures of the place of business that includes both store front and area of install/service work.
- A description of your business and what services you provide to the off-road community.
The following Terms & Conditions apply for all Spidertrax Authorized Resellers: - Payment terms are “due on receipt” and all major credit cards are accepted.
- Orders must be submitted by method of online, e-mail, or fax. Phone orders are not accepted.
- If there is no sales activity within 1 year the Authorized Reseller account will be considered inactive. To reactivate the account all required information must be re-sent. Accounts will be reviewed on an annual basis or sooner if deemed necessary.
- Spidertrax reserves the right to limit the number of Authorized Resellers in a given area.
- All Authorized Resellers are subject to the Minimum Advertised Price Policy and to the Terms and Conditions contained in this document upon acceptance by Spidertrax.
